Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can ask for a refund within 15 days of the delivery date of the product.

Please Note:

First-time purchases of 907g and/or 5lb bags of coffee are non-refundable, as well as Biodynamic® Green Coffee 907g. We recommend trying our 300g options first if you’re unsure about the coffee.

Please note: No more than 2 x 300g bags will be refunded under this policy.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are not refundable.

We ship directly from our coffee roaster in Montreal, QC to ensure you received the freshest Biodynamic Coffee!

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

  • Nationwide delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after processing.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you can use the tracking number in your confirmation email to follow its progress.

Please Note

  • Shipping times are not guaranteed. There may be extenuating circumstances that may cause delays within shipping networks (Such as, FedEx, USPS, UPS etc.). Unfortunately, these issues are outside our control, but we're here to help provide guidance and support if you have any questions.
