Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can ask for a refund within 15 days of the delivery date of the product.
Policy Guidelines
- Non-Refundable Items: First-time purchases of 907g and/or 5lb bags of coffee are non-refundable, as well as Biodynamic® Green Coffee 907g. We recommend trying our 300g options first if you’re unsure about the coffee.
- One-Time Courtesy: This satisfaction guarantee is limited to one use per customer and/or household.
- Refund Limits: No more than 1 x 300g bags will be refunded under this policy.
- Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable for any orders processed under this policy.
- No Physical Returns: As coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns.
- Abuse of Policy: We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the policy is being exploited.
To request a refund please reach out to our Customer Support team with your order number and the reason for your request.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are not refundable.

We ship directly from our coffee roaster in Montreal, QC to ensure you received the freshest Biodynamic Coffee!
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Delivery Times
- Nationwide delivery usually takes 2–9 business days after processing.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you can use the tracking number in your confirmation email to follow its progress.

- Shipping times are not guaranteed. There may be extenuating circumstances that may cause delays within shipping networks (Such as, FedEx, USPS, UPS etc.). Unfortunately, these issues are outside our control, but we're here to help, provide guidance and support if you have any questions.
