18 Conejo is a family-run collective of farms situated in the renowned Marcala coffee growing region of Honduras. The Zelaya Contreras family siblings, Flhor and Napo, are pioneers in organic and Biodynamic farming and focus on soil health and regenerative farming techniques. Their work crafting unique and delicious cupping experiences has led them to place in the top 10 of Honduras' Cup of Excellence awards. It's one of our favorites too!
