Gregory co-founded Holistic Roasters in 2016 to build the cleanest, most rigorously tested coffee available. He writes about regenerative farming, lab testing methodology, and the science of health-conscious coffee consumption.
Background
Before Holistic Roasters, Gregory worked as a corporate executive, startup entrepreneur and business consultant. Today he works directly with Demeter-certified Biodynamic farms, and along with the Holistic Roasters team, oversees the third-party lab testing program (Actlabs and Eurofins) that verifies every harvest, and is responsible for publishing every certificate of analysis unedited at Lab Test Results.
