I love how great this tastes as a pure espresso shot. It’s smooth and not bitter. Knowing I’m drinking healthy coffee and can add this to a latte or mocha for the best organic coffee everyday is a game changer.

I’m all about health and pure ingredients. Knowing I’m drinking coffee that’s tested for purity… doesn’t contain herbicides, pesticides, fungicides & chemical fertilizers is refreshing.

This is one of the best coffees I've had.

Brewed using an Aeropress.

Being that I lack refinement, I did not temp the water, or weigh the coffee.

One minute off boil. One level Aeropress scoop , 11.5 grams of coffee or about 2.5 tablespoons, with twelve ounces (about 340ml) of water.

Bloomed for 30 seconds, gave quick stir. Filled with the rest of the water. Stirred about 20-30 seconds. Then let steep for two minutes.

To me, this method produced a full bodied, velvety cup.

The aroma, flavor, and mouth feel are all on point. It's easy on my stomach.

The aroma is that of a well roasted coffee with no hints of being over done or burnt. Holistic Roasters know what they are doing.

The coffee is flavorful, smooth and enjoyable. No sour or bitter notes
