La Chacra D' Dago is a third-generation, family-run farm in the heart of the Peruvian Andes, in El Palomar, Junin. Since 2005, they have been dedicated to exceptional coffee and sustainable values, becoming a pioneer in the industry. They are celebrated as the first biodynamic farm to receive the prestigious Demeter seal and have recently obtained B-Corp certification, showcasing their commitment to positive impact. La Chacra D' Dago focuses on transforming specialty coffee processing through innovations like octagonal fermentation tanks to enhance flavour and ensure consistent quality. Their premium Biodynamic green coffee embodies their commitment to Biodynamic Agriculture, resulting in high-quality coffees with rich aromas.
