Unlike some competitors who outsource their roasting to third-party facilities, we take pride in carefully managing the entire process ourselves—from green coffee sourcing to roasting. This ensures that every batch is roasted to perfection, reflecting our commitment to quality, sustainability, and flavor. By keeping our roasting in house, we can guarantee the freshness and consistency that sets our coffee apart.
Yes! We include the roast date on each bag. Typically your coffee will ship within one week of the roast date and guarantee that all coffee is shipped within two weeks.
