I loved both coffees that I’ve tried but this one is definitely more gentle and can be enjoyed any time. I’m using it for espresso and it’s just such a beautiful cup. I will be alternating between these two, but this one will probably be the daily driver. Really so grateful for this coffee and for this company and their standards. I finally feel like I’m able to relax and just enjoy as opposed to worrying about the quality or sacrificing Flavour for quality. Thank you again.
A really nice deep chocolaty light roast would also be a nice offering. Keep your eyes open. :)

Just wanted to update that these two coffees are closer to a medium light and not a full light. But they taste much more consistent with a light roast. There’s no darker roast bitterness or any of those flavours that may turn you away from even a medium roast. Just wanted to clarify that. I normally would only drink a light roast and these are a little on the darker side, but I don’t pick that up.
