Amazing coffee
I usually buy the dark roast but went with the light this time around and it’s incredible. My husband was really sensitive to mold in coffee beans until I found this company. He’s noticed a huge difference and doesn’t suffer from the same symptoms he did with other brands. Never switching back! This bag will last us about 6-8 weeks and we have coffee every day.

The dedication to regenerative agriculture, community cooperation, and clean coffee alone is enough to leave 5 stars. We've used the Rubicon for espresso and automatic drip coffee and it's a simple, balance flavor. I was wishing for a little more fruitiness from a light roast, so I may find a chemex to try and pull out more flavor through a pour over!

I happen to here someone recommend this coffee
As I’m always on the hunt for clean, mold, free coffee, I thought I would give it a try
It’s beyond my expectations! This coffee is smooth, full-bodied and clean!
I could not be happier before this I was having a hard time finding a copy that I could stay on that wouldn’t disturb my stomach or make me feel uncomfortable after drinking it I’ve experienced nothing like that with this coffee! Absolutely spectacular Thank you for putting a great product out in the market. I’m a fan for life.
