Having just learned about coffee and the high amounts of mold that can be found in it, I was on the search for a coffee company that tested for its products for mold. I absolutely love this coffee; it has totally changed my mornings!! It's almost like I can taste the purity and goodness. I feel great after drinking, and my body feels fantastic, unlike with my previous espresso roast which I suspect had traces of mold.
