Having just learned about coffee and the high amounts of mold that can be found in it, I was on the search for a coffee company that tested for its products for mold. Somehow I found Biodynamic Coffee and decided to give it a go after reading reviews. I’m so glad I did because this coffee is delicious! Now I can drink my coffee without the thought of how much mold I am ingesting!

Searched far and wide for coffee that isn’t full of toxins and also doesn’t taste horrible, without it costing a fortune. This coffee met the mark! Who knew there could be companies that want to produce good coffee that’s good for the land and for the people!

Love this coffee! My wife doesn't get an upset stomach anymore, we're grateful of how healthy and tasty this coffee is knowing we aren't putting and mold or toxins in our body. We don't buy coffee out anymore. We look forward to starting our day off making our own coffee and lattes.

Brewed using an Aeropress.

Being that I lack refinement, I did not temp the water, or weigh the coffee.

One minute off boil. One lever Aeropress scoop ( 11.5 grams of coffee or about 2.5 tablespoons).

Bloomed for 30 seconds, gave quick stir. Filled with the rest of the water, stirred about 20-30 seconds. Then let steep for two to three minutes.

To me, this method produced a light to medium bodied, clean, and bright cup.

Perfect morning brew.

The aroma, flavor, and mouth feel are all on point. It's easy on my stomach.

The aroma is that of a well roasted coffee with no hints of being over done or burnt. Holistic Roasters know what they are doing.

The coffee is flavorful, smooth and enjoyable. No sour or bitter notes.

The acidity is well balanced.

Most importantly, the customer service before and after my purchase has been fantastic.

I feel I was well educated in all areas of coffee with no condescension.

They were happy to help and answered all questions.
