After reading their story and seeing how much care goes into their coffee beans, I have recently started buying Biodynamic coffee. I have tried several different roasts, and Minivan is my favorite thus far. All of the roasts are smooth with no bitter or acidic aftertaste. I have noticed that each roast is lighter than other coffee brands I have tried, and there have been a lot. In my opinion, the medium roast is more of a light-medium, and the dark roast is more of a medium-dark. The flavor aspects of each roast I have tried have been on point with the description provided by Holistic Roasters. They know their products. Biodynamic Coffee will be my exclusive brand of coffee moving forward. I need to settle on which roast is my favorite. Right now, Minivan is in the lead. I suggest trying multiple roasts before turning your back on this brand. Each roast has a unique flavor, but you will not find a coffee company that takes better care of its beans, soil, roasting process, and the environment. This is the healthiest cup of coffee you can drink, and if you have a coffee addiction, as I do, Holistic Roasters is the best you will find.
